A vocalist with a rich tradition of classical music and opera, Olya first became interested in jazz when she was introduced to her grandfather’s jazz record collection. Later, after hearing the Count Basie Orchestra, she fell truly in love with jazz. Having lived in Europe for six years, Olya has a natural love for languages, currently being proficient in five. With the ongoing support of her musical partner Benjamin, her family and friends, Olya is looking forward to exploring the immense legacy of jazz, and presenting it to the modern audience.
